OTW Safety

Ordering & Delivery

For your convenience and to ensure the safest possible transit, all of our barricades ship on pallets. When your delivery arrives it’s important to inspect the parts and make sure they are in good condition. While it doesn’t happen often, barricades can be damaged in transit and when this happens we need to know right away!

Receiving Your Shipment

  • These parts are quite large and will arrive on one or multiple pallets
  • The delivery truck driver will usually notify the recipient listed with a time window for delivery
  • A forklift will expedite the unloading process
  • If no forklift is available, please have individuals ready to help unload
  • Drain caps ship with barricades but other accessories may arrive in separate boxes

Inspecting Your Shipment

  • The person who receives the shipment should inspect it thoroughly before the driver leaves and record any damage on the BOL
  • Take pictures of any damaged products
  • Contact us by phone or email within 3 days of the delivery if products are missing or damaged. The sooner we prove freight damage the better
