Another year of investing in our values for OTW
In 2023, we took careful time to reinvest in defining our core values as a company. To better guide our company culture and goals in the coming years, we dug deep to establish the values that truly represent OTW.
In 2024, we dedicated our time to emulating those values in every facet of our business – from manufacturing to customer service to delivery, and everything in between.
Through sponsorships of local businesses, countless hours of research and development for continual innovation, and an uncompromising commitment to providing the best safety products on the market, OTW has consistently sought to uphold our values this year. We expanded our sales team for improved partnerships across the board, and we are dedicated to always recognizing where there is room for improvement and innovation. We strive to create a positive impact in all we do, and, as a people-first company, we hope that is apparent in every interaction with OTW Safety.
Highlights of 2024
To serve our customers better, we completely overhauled our website last year to provide a better user experience. We created more intuitive menus, refined our product offerings, and even added a search bar (this was a big-ticket item for a lot of people!). This year, we plan to continue enhancing the client experience by launching our e-commerce site. For those who need small and/or quick orders, this addition to our website will streamline the entire process of ordering and receiving OTW barricades. For larger and more complex orders, our experts remain ready to work directly with you to ensure that we provide the best freight costs and product pricing possible.
Our website is something you see on the front end (and we hope you love it as much as we do), but we also worked behind the scenes in 2024 to improve our customer experience. Throughout much of the year, we spent time developing a new hazard light – the Bi-Directional Barricade Light. This barricade light is designed to leverage better battery life and improved solar panel efficiency, and we can’t wait to see it at work on your sites and construction barricades.
We’ve just launched it on our site, and it is available worldwide now!
Also in research and development, we’ve been testing improvements and accessories for our classic crowd control favorite, the Billboard Barricade. We have big plans this coming year to continue developing new products, and we are looking forward to investing in products that will increase safety even further in the event and construction industries. More to come on this!
Finally, we added to our rental services last year and successfully rented out construction equipment. We are so pleased by the response and will be looking to expand the service permanently to our wonderful local construction partners.
