The Most Trusted Airport Safety Products Worldwide
OTW’s line of airport safety products is trusted by many major airports worldwide. Our reputation as a leading brand in the industry is built on providing quality and durable products.
Our LED airport beacons continue that trend and are designed with the highest standards of excellence in mind. They not only meet the requirements and specifications of professionals who use them, but exceed expectations too.
Innovative technology utilizes LED beams that decrease the amount of light wash in the sky and on the ground, reducing light pollution and enhancing airport safety at night. This reduction in light pollution is not only beneficial for the environment but also ensures the safety of pilots and crew members during nighttime takeoffs and landings.
Low Maintenance, Energy Efficient
One of the most significant advantages of our LED rotating beacons is their energy efficiency. Our beacons can reduce power consumption by up to 75% compared to traditional halide lamps. This not only saves money on energy costs but also reduces the carbon footprint of your operations.
In addition to their energy efficiency, our beacons are designed for minimal maintenance. Our patented belt-drive system eliminates the need for lubrication that is required by conventional gear-drive beacons. This means that maintenance is reduced to lamp replacement, which is a straightforward process.
Airport rotating beacon lights play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of aviation.
To prevent natural factors from affecting the functionality of the beacons, we have taken several measures to ensure they remain in optimal condition. Our beacons are tested to wind velocities of up to 100mph and powder coated in a highly visible international orange, which ensures that they remain visible in extreme weather conditions.
To further enhance their durability, we offer the option of adding a stainless steel cabinet and bearing for highly corrosive environments. This additional feature provides an added layer of protection, making the beacon lights resilient to harsh environments and ensuring that they continue to function optimally for an extended period.
