The Airport Barricade Flag was designed in collaboration with the Salt Lake City International Airport to reduce the costs associated with flags creating FOD on the airfield.

Our airport barricade flags are the superior choice when your project calls for highly visible warning markers. It was specifically designed to create a FOD-free environment by integrating with our low-profile airport barricade without any additional fasteners or bolts.

Description

To create this FOD-free accessory, we recreated each aspect of a traditional hazard flag step by step. Instead of an easily-snappable wooden dowel, we designed a sturdy fiberglass rod; this material is known for its lightweight, yet extremely strong nature. Our newly developed active retention design securely holds the dowel in place, and the highly tear-resistant safety flag reduces replacement costs long term.
