Efficient to Install
Our custom-manufactured lights save time as they are so easy to install. Our threaded base screws into our barricade models without the use of bolts, nuts, or other hardware eliminating FOD.
The photo cell turns on when the ambient light falls below 60 lux. All of our hazard lights are solar-powered and options include flashing, military grade flashing or steady burn.
Solar-Powered vs. Battery-Powered
Battery powered lights might seem cheaper but in the long run solar will save you time and money. Replacement batteries plus the labor to change them ends up costing much more than lights that charge themselves from the sun. Save money hassle and the environment by using solar!
Made in China
We have tried our hardest to make all of our products in the USA but have had no luck with this particular part. The primary reason is that there are no US manufacturers of LED’s. The FTC uses an “all or virtually all” standard when determining whether a company can make an unqualified or qualified Made in USA claim. “All or virtually all” means that all significant parts and processing that go into the product must be of U.S. origin. The product should contain no—or negligible—foreign content. The production must take place in the United States
Even if we had the light assembled here, or we molded the plastic shell here, we could still not call it “Made in the USA.” Consider also that if we molded the plastic lens and base here, we would not be as competitive as we are. Unfortunately, all of the items we manufacture are sold on a low bid model, so making our lights more expensive and still not being able to call them “Made in the USA” would not be a good business decision. We take pride in all of our manufacturing practices and will continue to make as many products as possible right here in the United States.
